Can I change my order?

Can I cancel my order?

  • Yes, from the order date you have 14 days to return the product if it has been sent. If you cancel the order after it has been shipped you will have to pay $19.90 usd for shipping.

Do you offer free shipping?

  • Yes, for all orders over $150 usd we offer free worldwide shipping. For orders under $150 usd the fee might vary depending on destination country.

When will I receive my product or products?

  • You will receive your products within 5 business days. After getting the delivery mail.

I have added the wrong delivery address, what do I do?

  • If the order has been shipped you have to contact the local dhl, if it has not been shipped please send an email to info@goldenconcept.com as soon as possible.

Do you deliver worldwide?

  • Yes, we deliver worldwide and we have successfully sent products to over 150 countries all around the globe.

Do you deliver to post boxes (po-boxes)?

  • No, unfortunately not. We offer a door-to-door shipping service.

Can I track my order?

  • Yes, when your order has been shipped you will receive an email with your tracking link.

From where do you send your products?

  • We ship all our products straight from the golden concept hq in sweden.

I received the wrong product, what do I do?

  • We are very sorry about this, contact us at info@goldenconcept.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

I never recieved my order, what do I do?

Is your order a gift?

  • We do not send invoices inside the box nor do we use price labels. But there is an invoice attached to the shipping package to some countries. The box is a great gift as it is and will most definitely be loved by the person receiving it.

PRODUCTS

Will I be able to wirelessly charge my phone?

  • Yes, wireless charging works with all cases except the limited edition line (both cases and phones) due to the steel plate on the back of the case.

How do I take care of my leather products?

  • You can use normal leather caring products to clean and maintenace the leather. Keep in mind that alcohol and chemicals will destroy the leather.

Do you make products for other devices than iPhone?

  • No, currently we only offer products for the latest iPhones.

Why have I not received an answer?

  • We try to answer as soon as possible. If you have messaged us without an reply within 48 hours, please send another email.

BILLING AND PAYMENTS

What payment methods can I use?

  • checkout safely using PayPal, Mastercard, Visa, American Express or Maestro.

Do you charge VAT?

  • All VAT rates are calculated in the checkout, some countries has an import fee upon arrival in the destination country.

Do I have to pay duties and taxes?

  • Duties and taxes are paid by the customer separately depending on what country and their laws. Orders in the EU will not be applied with duties or taxes.

CUSTOMIZATION

How much does customization cost?

  • For all leather and marble cases customization is free. For the limited edition cases an additional $100 USD will be charged after the design team has contacted you regarding design. The pure cases customization fee is included in the price.

What file type should the design be in?

  • Preferably the design should be in vector format, but PDF works as well.

Can you customize the device I already have?

I don’t like my customized item, can I return it?

  • No, customized products and gift cards are exempt from being returned.
