We offer free international express shipping for orders over $150 (shipping cost for orders bellow $150 is $19). All standard orders are shipped and delivered within 3-5 business days. Customized accessories takes up to 7 days and customized iPhones takes up to 30 days, after your approval of design.

One year warranty applies to all our products, from the date of purchase. The warranty includes software, hardware and normal intended use. It does not include any wear and tear that you have caused.

We guarantee to refund any item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us within 30 days of receipt. To be able to make a return, your item must be none used and in the same condition that you received it in, and in the original packaging. NOTE! We offer free customizations on all our products "exempt our iPhone Cases Pure Edition". Type in your design preferences and wishes in the note field at checkout. Our customer service will contact you with the information you need. Subsequently, a design proposals will be sent to you within one week, for your approval.
