Due the Covid-19 restrictions and high demand on our products, it could take up to 10 business days before your parcel can be dispatched.

Production time of a customized Golden Concept products is as bellow:

- 2 weeks for: Customized Pure and Limited Edition Cases.
- 4 weeks for: Customized iPhones and Sneakers
Estimated delivery time for none customized products in stock is 1 - 5 business days depending on the destination country.

Our worldwide shipping rate is $29 for orders bellow $149 and complimentary shipping on orders over $150.

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 45 days from the delivery date. Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange for customized or used products.
